In an interview to the IAB-Forum magazine, IAB Director <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iab.de\/en\/ueberblick\/mitarbeiter.aspx\/Mitarbeiter\/582\">Joachim M\u00f6ller <\/a>discusses its underlying principles such as\u00a0the idea of &#8220;demanding and supporting&#8221; (<em>Fordern und F\u00f6rdern<\/em>).
