Danique Eijkenboom

Danique Eijkenboom earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and a Master’s degree in International Business – with a specialization in Strategic Marketing – from the School of Business and Economics (SBE) at Maastricht University.

His passion for sports led him to a career in sports journalism at a young age. Over the years, his role in sports journalism involved continuous research into the intricacies of various sports. Through this work, he discovered a connection between his professional experience and academic principles, which sparked his interest in scientific literature.

He is a research associate at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA) at Maastricht University. He is currently working as a researcher on several artificial intelligence projects related to the transition between education and the labor market.
