Dr Holger Bähr

Holger Bähr studied public policy and management at the University of Konstanz and at the University College Cork from 1996 to 2003. From 2003 to 2004 and in 2009 he was a research assistant at the University of Konstanz. In 2009 he obtained a doctorate (Dr. rer. soc.) from the University of Konstanz. He was a researcher at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Vienna form 2004 to 2008 and at the University of Applied Sciences in Saarbrücken from 2009 to 2013. Since February 2013 Holger Bähr has been a senior researcher at the IAB.
