Dr Sekou Keita

Dr Sekou Keita has been a senior researcher at the IAB since May 2018. He studied Economics with a focus on Development Economy at the University of Clermont Auvergne. In November 2016, he obtained his PhD on the topic of international labour migration at the same university. From January 2017 to April 2018, he was working on a fieldwork project for the organisation Innovations for Poverty Action in Burkina Faso.
His research interests include international migration and the labour market integration of migrants and refugees. Mr Keita is also interested in development economy with a focus on education and role of the language.
