Evie Graus

Evie Graus studied Economics (B.Sc. and M.Sc.) at Maastricht University and the University of Louvain-La-Neuve, where she specialized in development, poverty, and inequality.

She then worked for two years as a junior researcher at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA) at Maastricht University. Since October 2023, she has been pursuing a PhD in Economics at the University of Luxembourg.

Her current research focuses on development economics, in particular the empirical evaluation of infrastructure impacts in Sub-Saharan Africa. She is also interested in labor economics in developing countries, with a specific focus on Africa.
