Jana Kern

Jana Kern studied sociology at the University of Bamberg with focus on education and labour market research.

She is a research assistant in the RWI/IAB Junior Research Group “Ecological Transformation, Labour Market, Vocational Education and Further Training” at the Institute for Employment Research.

Her research interests are in the field of lifelong learning – in particular on the influence of digital and ecological transformation processes on individual education and employment biographies.
