Pelin Özgül

Pelin Özgül earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bilkent University, her first Master’s degree in International Economics and Business from the University of Groningen, and her second Master’s degree in Advanced Studies in Economics from KU Leuven.

After working as a Research Analyst at The Conference Board, she is now based at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA) at Maastricht University, where she is also a PhD candidate.

Her research focuses on examining how artificial intelligence (AI) and technological change affect workers, work environments, and the future of work.
